What I'll Never Forget

I don't think i'll ever forget who my best friends are. They are always here for me just like I am for them.  When I'm not feeling so good about myself, they always know how to cheer me up and help me be proud of who I am. I'm not one of those people who consider everyone as a best friend because best friends to me are people who never let you down and never judge you for who you are. Adults don't always forget who their best friends were in middle school, but most people do. I think they forget because those people aren't there for them now because people change. I really do hope I stay friends with the people I am friends with now.

This Past Weekend

This past weekend was really fun. It started kinda early for me because my friends and I went to the volleyball game to support our other friend Kaite. Afterwards, we went back to my friend Alyssa's and stayed the night. Her dad also got us Taco Bell, which is my favorite. Then after school on Friday we walked to my other friend Katie's house. It was really fun even though it was cold. Then, we went to the football game on Friday night which was also really cold but fun. Saturday was kinda boring except for going out to dinner with my family. On Sunday, we got up at 6 to go to the color run in Saint Louis. I was freezing at first but then once the sun came out and I started running, I got really hot. Then after the color run, we went to Starbucks and I got my first Pumpkin Spice Latte! Fall is off to a really good start!

My Weird Vacation

Over the summer, I went on vacation with my family. I was so excited when I saw how beautiful the place was, even though it took 8 hours to get there. The first couple of days were so exciting and relaxing. Our private beach was amazing. It was so peaceful to just lay in the sand and listen to the waves crashing. One day, my family decided to stay at the pool instead. Which I hated because we have pools back home and we had a beautiful beach that we could be at but we stuck around the boring and normal pool. After was ate dinner, I begged my mom to let me go to the beach. At first she said no because she didn't want me going alone but I finally convinced her to let me go. But when I got to the beach there was weird writing on the sand. And then I heard a very strange noise..

9/11

9/11 was a terrorist attack that killed a lot of people and destroyed the twin towers on September 11, 2001. I think it was absolutely terrible. So many innocent people were killed and hurt. Even though it happened a long time ago, I still feel terrible for the families and friends that lost someone during that time. It must have been so hard for the families to get through it and I'm sure there are still families grieving. Some people don't think 9/11 is an important day anymore and just ignore it but they don't think about everyone that is still upset about it.

My Plans This Weekend

My weekend is going to be really fun! Friday I have to come to school, which kinda stinks, but afterwards I'm going to my friend Chloe's party. A lot of my other friends are going too. Saturday is my dad's birthday so we are going to spend our day at Twin City Days and then we're going out to eat afterwards. On Sunday, we're going to church and then going home to watch football. I'm not very excited about the whole football thing because I think it's boring. So many people think I'm crazy for thinking hockey is better than football. Maybe if I understood football more I would like it better. Anyways, I think this weekend is going to be pretty fun.

If I Raise Children

If I raise children I will make sure they are respectful to everyone around them. If they aren't, they will be punished for it. If I have more than one kid I will make sure each one of them gets the same amount of attention. I will never constantly leave my children to go do my own things. They are my children not the babysitters. When my child becomes a teenager I will be more of an understanding parent. Even though, I will still have rules for them. I will always make sure my kids are happy.
