Hey! I'm singing Rainbow Veins in the talent show. It was written by Owl City. I like to listen to Owl City, The Beatles and many Christian artists. In first hour Mrs. Sears brought up the song Freak the Freak Out by Victoria Justice. I practically memorize her songs because I watch way too much TV. I also like listening to the radio. My favorite station is 99.1 Joy FM. I liked their old jingle better but on the new station we have a much better reception.

I watch the news to find out the current weather. I couldn't imagine using a newspaper to see the weather. I don't even think they still put weather in newspapers. If we didn't have realtime weather monitors, I think the recent tornadoes would have caused alot more destruction. Accurate weather is important because,without it, we wouldn't know what to expect or how to prepare.

Booker T. Washington said, "If  you want to lift yourself up, lift up someone else." I think he meant that if you feel down, you should help someone else and that should make you feel better. I think it works this way because if you help someone, they become happy and the happiness spreads to you. Also, you will have done a good turn, and it builds character. I will apply this in the future by helping when people need help. It will make me and the other person feel better according to Booker T. Washington's quote. As my friend said, "Laughing, or happiness, is life's greatest joy."

Hello. My name is Danielle. I have two cats named Jack and Reks. Jack is actually my sister's cat. I also have a Miniature Dachshund. His name is Zatarain, and he usually chases Reks. Zatarain is also a Hurricane Katrina rescue. Since I'm not very good at sports, and I don't want to accentuate it, I won't talk about that. I'm pretty talented musically. I'm also halfway decent artistically. My mom said that it's not very common to be artistically and musically inclined, so I kinda feel special that way. I think that I want to sing in the talent show. I'm going to sing Rainbow Veins by Owl City. My favorite number is four. I also have that sick sense of humor that makes comics like "The Far Side" appealing. My favorite one features a deer with a target on his chest and his friend says, "Bummer of a birthmark, Hal." That is some information about me. I hope it suffices.
